House Cleaning Services by Quality One Hour Cleaners in Palos Heights, Illinois

I've had a good experience with their cleaning however they are the most expensive cleaners I have been to in the area. He charged me 5 for a mens cotton button down shirt to he laundered. One time the owner claimed it was because I didnt bring in more than 3 shirts at a time and another he claimed it wouldn't fit on his shirt press and had to be ironed by hand. I told him the prices were too expensive. He is gauging!

Great cleaners I've been to a few thier tailor is excellent

Been going here for 3 years. Customer service was decent you'd think after seeing me every 2 weeks for 3 years, they'd be a bit friendlier. A “hello” goes a long way. The dry cleaning was usually good, sometimes great, other times I'd bring back for repressing. Well the last batch my husband's expensive dress shirt came back with 3 holes in the arm & a huge yellow stain on a white dress shirt. I figured they'd attempt to re-clean the white shirt and certainly offer some type of compensation for the RUINED red shirt. The owner tells me “no way. No way I give you money to pay for that. We didn't do that”. I honestly didn't prepare myself for that reaction. I thought they'd offer even 10 bucks for Pete's sake and I would of been satisfied. Needless to say, he wanted nothing to do with taking responsibility so I told him, I'll take my thousands of dollar dry cleaning per year to the next place down the street. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I do not recommend!
