| faye burlo | I had used this cleaner for years, but the last two years I don't know what's changed. First I took a jacket to be cleaned and it was returned to me torn. Didn't think too much about it. I could fix it and accidents do happen. Then I took 2 different jackets in and did not get told anything was wrong with them. 2 weeks later I go to wear the one and all the applique and stones that where on it are gone! Fast forward a few more weeks and I open up the bag the second coat is in and the button is torn off leaving a huge snag! By this point I'm just done. 3 coats damaged and the two no one said anything to me about them being damaged. |
