| Hannah Kean | The first time I went here I had a suit dry cleaned. The staff was very friendly and they did a good job. I decided to take two pairs of pants there to have hemmed and when I picked them up I realized that on both pairs of pants one leg was longer than the other, by over an inch! They offered to fix it, but I decided to go elsewhere to get it fixed considering they were expensive pants and didnt want them to be completely ruined. Unfortunately they would not give me a refund even though it was obviously their mistake. I will definitely not be taking anything else there again! |
