| Maria Hanisch | After picking up a coat I got dry cleaned there I notice the botton I had asked to be sewn on was not...I went back a few days later for a refund of my 4 and the lady behind the counter would not give it to me, saying I had to come back when the owner is there. Firstly, she didn't apologize for not providing me with a service I had asked for. Secondly, the owner should not leave an employee incharge that cannot take care of the business 100. She couldnt even tell me exactly when the owner would be in, so i have to be inconvenienced again by going back on the chance the owner may be there.....ridiculous. It isnt about the 4 but the poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere in the future |
