The last two visits have been extremely disappointing with the quality of their care for our clothes as well as their service agreements. We brought home two ruined dresses one was ripped down the side, the other had a broken zipper, and a stained dress shirt. Lastly, both times we had a discount that was not honored even though the quotes for services were given prior to any service being performed. Sadly, this is a local business that I will no longer support and will take my business elsewhere. |
