When you need to hire someone to take care of something in your house, you want them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely and affordable. Chem-Dry of Bloomington was all of this and more! The initial carpet inspection was extremely thorough. They provided the estimate quickly and worked with us to find the best time to do the cleaning. We were on their schedule in no time at all! The results really did blow me away. Old spots, including pet urine stains, were completely removed! Our carpet is quite old, but the cleaning made it feel really fresh and clean. A week or so after the cleaning, we had one minor issue. They came back and took care of it immediately! Overall, superb service, quality of work and professionalism. If you need your carpet cleaned, look no further! Thank you Jennifer and John! |
