House Cleaning Services by Complete Clean in Bloomington, Indiana

I initially contacted Complete Clean through their website. Jason promptly responded with a form to collect the details of my job requirements. I returned the form via email and I received a comprehensive contract and pricing structure. I personally appreciate this level of rigor as it allows both parties to communicate and document expectations and cost. This process was efficient. Jason and an associate showed up five minutes early to my rental house. Jason took at least 30 minutes to go through the house and cover all details of the job. I noticed on the invoice that he did not charge for this time. The house was meticulously cleaned with special concentration on the trouble areas and I was extremely pleased. Jason is friendly, professional and conscientious. I have used several cleaning services in the past but with the quality provided by Complete Clean, I will be a return customer. I do not believe that Jason needs my endorsement but I highly recommend Complete Clean and I am confident that you will be satisfied with the product.

The best I have found! I take care of my parents who are in their 90's but love their home, and we need someone to clean it. We needed someone who would be patient, listen to whatever they needed done, thoughtful and honest. They have done that and more. I feel safe leaving the home in their thoughtful care. They treat my parents like they were their own, plus they do a great job cleaning the house. The owners are great and it is reflected in the company and the job they do.
