| Krystal Vega | Have been their customers for 6 years. Bought equipment through them. Had them maintenance the equipment. When asked to look through history logs on our passed problems to reference what was currently wrong with the machines they got upset stating with an attitude that they will not service us for free. We understand work isn't for free. We just wanted to understand why is was free service in the passed visits and fixes, what the difference was. Instead, got yelled at that they weren't in the office so they couldn't see our history but they definitely weren't going to service us for free. We didn't ask for free service, just a look at our history. We are happy to pay Professional Food Service to come out and be kind to their, now new loyal customers. Continuing Customer Service is key when working with continued loyal customers... we can take our money elsewhere. Thanks. |
