House Cleaning Services by Housekeeping Maid Easy in Indianapolis, Indiana

I was very happy with how much easier Hayley made my day! I had to leave early for work and had to let her in from my phone when she got there. My alarm system is super annoying so I'm always worried someone will trip it if I'm not home when they are, but she remembered all the weird details about it and when I got out of my meeting she had finished and locked up with no issue. On top of that she did a very good job and left the place looking perfect. I'd highly recommend this service.

We have used Housekeeping Maid Easy many times to clean our home and handle the extra chores that need to be done. The staff are friendly, professional, helpful and they always do an excellent job. My wife has back issues, so their assistance is truly a God send in tackling the jobs she would pay for in pain to do. We appreciate their efforts and are always glad that they have been in our home.

I had booked 2 cleaners for 5 hours each 5x2=10 beginning at 1:30 for a move out clean. I had to work for a half day and wanted to be there to direct them. Monika called at 8:30am and said they were on their way but needed to do 3 cleaners for 3 hours 3x3=9, but that it was the same thing. We discussed rerouting them so they could come later as I had been told they would, and she said she'd try to reroute them and call me back. She never called back, so I assumed they were rerouted. When I got there after work, the house was still FILTHY, and the FIRST priority I'd asked them to accomplish wasn't even complete after 9 hours of labor and 500 later!!! DO NOT USE THIS service!!!! After I complained, they left one guy there to finish up, and he worked hard once I was there overseeing progress, but there was SOOO much not cleaned, not worth the at all! Monika kept saying she told me I'd need more hours than that to clean the whole house, but STILL, the appliances were 1 priority and the inside of the fridge hadn't been touched and the outside was visibly streaky! Save your and use a different service! They never touched upstairs or basement, and never touched baseboards, drawers, or garage. Paid 500 for a kitchen and couple of bathrooms to be cleaned. GRRRRR! I had wonderful movers, and all other vendors were great, but the cleaners were horrible!
