Jessica has been here to clean my home a few times now. When I see her I know I am going to get a very good job. When she finishes, everything is really clean and all items she has to move to dust are always put back just the way I had them. She is a very sweet person too. Always glad to see her.

Merry Maids has been taking care of my home for about a year now and it was the best decision that I could have made! I work full time and am a caregiver for my Mom and my husband was the one that talked me into it. Becca, specifically has done an amazing job for us. She pays attention to detail and is very thorough. My husband especially likes it when she leaves holiday stickers :- She allows me to spend more time with my husband and my Mom. I would highly recommend Merry Maids of Indianapolis!

I paid 450 for a deep clean that I was told would include moving my downstairs furniture which which was easy to slide but they not only did not clean behind furniture they did not clean well at all. It was not even a good normal clean. Items were dirty and dusty. It was incredible how bad the job was. I took pictures and called. Someone did come and verified the poor quality of the job and was going to talk to the owner. I called a couple of times to see how they planned to rectify the issue and never got a response. I would have accepted a partial refund or a few regular cleaning as the 450 was an absurd charge for the quality of the work done. Any business can have a bad job once in a while, or was the lack of response to fix it that was not responsible. Especially after having pictures showing the dirt and dust and thier own rep coming out, taking her own pictures and verifying the job was not a deep clean. It was not even a good regular clean.
