House Cleaning Services by The Cleaning Authority – Fishers in Indianapolis, Indiana

The cleaning wasn't as thorough as I would've liked...but good cleaning companies are tough to find. They do a pretty good job.

I have a baby and my baby was being needy on the day we were scheduled to have our house cleaned. He wouldn't let me put him down so I wasn't able to pick up things off of the counters like I normally do before the gals arrived. We have been using this service for multiple weeks now without any problems. Once the girls showed up, i opened the door and apologized for not being able to pick up. The girl at the door didn't act like she understood me and sort of scoffed and called the other girl over. The other girl asked me what was going on and I told her. I said you guys can still clean I just wanted to let you know why I wasn't able to pick up like normal. She scoffed as well and asked me to call the office. I said sure I can call- do you have the number- this whole time I'm holding my baby... she scoffs again- rudely and starts looking in her phone. They are talking in front of me in Spanish and being rude. After a few minutes of her looking through her phone for the office number, I said I don't understand, are you guys making fun of me? They just looked at me so I said, you don't have to clean today- I'll find the office number. Then I call the office- tell the guy what happened and he said “she wasn't being rude, that's just the way she is” and I said well it was rude. Then he said “What would you like for me to do for you?” I'm thinking aren't you the one in customer service that should be offering solutions? I said I didn't know so he said he could schedule another team to come out or not have that team come out anymore and I said that sounded good. He LAUGHED at me and then said well on which account? I told him he was now being rude to me and he said he was trying to fix the situation. I told him he just laughed at me and was rude so they could cancel our account and we would go with a different service. He said “fantastic” and hung up on me. This all started with me being kind and apologizing for not being able to pick up like I normally do.

They don't listen to instructions and are overpriced.
