| S P | They put in a thermocouple and charged me 225, two weeks later the water heater still was not working. They told me I needed a new water heater so they replaced the old one with a new one and took the thermocouple with them and still charged the installation fee. I talked with them and they did discount the cost of the installation fee but I still paid for a new thermocouple that they took back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. |
| Kelly Warfel | They came out 2 wks ago to look at our heat pump when it stopped working. Ultimately charged us 200 for replacing a part that I don't think even needed replaced. They said they had to find another part and they would call us. The unit still isn't working right and we haven't heard from them. They disconnected wiring and left it that way, making it harder to fix. I would give zero stars if I could. Not recommended. |
