From the first email I sent with questions, I have received very friendly service. Lighting fast too! I sent a message on a sat or sun afternoon and relieved a call call with in an hour. On a weekend after hours I was pretty impressed! I had an appointment for an estimate by mid week, and the guy that came out, James, was very knowledgeable. A+Derr seems like a very family oriented family company. Between James working to make sure I get the right air and heating unit for my needs and Jeremy making sure the buissness part went as smoothly as possible, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I've called the office or James to ask a question. Or if Jeremy has to answer a question, the whole company makes you feel like you are the only customer. Lately I thought customer service was forgotten. Guess I was wrong. A+Derr has definitely earned a repeat customer of me.
