Upon arriving home, my window in the bathroom was left open causing my heat to run for 2 days. They destroyed my new stove by putting a degreaser on the slate trim, Causing it to be stained. They threw papers in with my clean clothes basket. This house clean was very important to my family and she knew that. My 3 month daughter old was coming home from the hospital for the 1st time with complex heart defects. I am very disappointed with the level of service given by this company. I feel like she took full advantage of our family. Due to circumstances with us in the hospital 150 miles away, we were not able to see the finished job before paying. We took her word for it. |
