House Cleaning Services by Pride Cleaners – Bonner Springs in Bonner Springs, Kansas

The women who works in the cleaners is very nice and helpful but that doesn't make up for pants that were pressed along the seam instead of the crease, pants that don't have stains removed and very high prices. Seems like a real opportunity for a competitor.

I took a suit in to be cleaned and pressed and all they did was put it on a new hanger and sell it back to me. I had to wear a wrinkled suit to my grandsons wedding. Thanks Pride cleaners .

Took 3 pairs of jeans there to be starched, went to pick them up the night before I had to leave early In the morning. Jeans are no where to be found, they weren't willing to let me talk to a manager because they had gone home. Offered no help other than I could talk to someone in the morning, and they had no idea where my jeans where as they has called all the other stores and no luck finding them. Absolutely horrible customer service!
