If you are a fan of groupon - don't buy one from Kips! While they seem like a good deal, there WILL be extra charges. I bought one for air vent cleanding 7 vents for 70, however when they come to clean the vents I get an estimate for 1500! I have 10 vents, so obviously I'll have to pay for the 3 that aren't in my deal, no big deal. But then they say they have to clean the furnace which is another 150 and since my house like many in Lawrence was built in the 1940's they have to do asbestos removal for a total of 1,300. So basically I already paid them 70 and they won't touch my vents unless I pay for the other services too. RIP OFF. Don't cheat customers on groupon please.
