| Casey K | I had my first cleaning on a house we had just bought. We haven't moved in yet had a "special" cleaning done. The scheduling was prompt and easy. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. That is the only reason I gave more than one star. I was so disappointed when we went over to take some measurements the same day it was cleaned. I do not think the baseboards were wiped. I know for sure the counters were not wiped. They must have looked 'clean enough' but we had eaten pizza on our granite kitchen island the day we closed and there were a few drips we had left due to not having cleaning supplies at the time and they remained after our "special" clean. I now suspect the bathrooms may have looked 'clean enough' and wonder if they were even cleaned. The one area that appeared to be well cleaned was the refrigerator that I paid an extra fee for. I feel this was mostly a waste of money as I don't feel I can trust the job done and will need to re-clean the counters and bathrooms myself. |
