The service just recently sent us a 21 increase in our bill for that "extra" cleaning and it will remain permanent. In addition, the last two cleans one before Christmas they did not sweep under the furniture and this last one they totally left off making the bed. They have been cleaning our house for over two years and the last six months the quality control has been terrible. This started out really and good and then has really take a turn for the worse. I don't know how the score a 4.9 on reviews. |
