I should've left this review a while back when Brad Evans started coming by our office. Brad always made sure to bring us some goodies and along with that would make sure we didn't need anything. One day he brought in a new hire Michael Ann since then she has pretty much taken over our office and really made the claims part exciting for us. now we are anxious to send business to serv pro because we have two employees from this great company always checking in on us and making sure they have satisfied our customers needs. I truly couldn't ask for a better person to turn to than Michael Ann and Brad Evans they're great leaders and Serv Pro is blessed to have them as employees. If I could make a suggestion it would be to make sure you never lose either one of these employees because you just don't find hard workers like this anymore and on top of that they're both just all around great people.
