I called and requested a top to bottom full clean of my fathers home. He passed away and I need to list his home. Very disappointed and disgusted with the job they did. Baseboards are still dirty, walls are still dirty, there are still cobwebs everywhere. They moved the curtains hanging on the windows to the living room and they are still where they left them meaning they did not move them to clean under them after leaving them in a pile. Downstairs toilet is still dirty.. even the kitchen sink is still gross and hasn't been touched. I will not be recommending them to anyone. If I could leave zero starts I would.

I was given a quote for a deep clean and was scheduled for a Thursday afternoon at 1:30 pm . Thursday afternoon came for my scheduled time and the housekeepers didn't show up until 2:40 pm. I had to call the company to make sure they were still coming. Never received a call or text or anything stating they would be late. When the two housekeepers showed up they told me that they were only supposed to clean the master bedroom and bathroom for upstairs. Keep in mind that I have a three bedroom house, with a formal living room, kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. So I advised them that they needed to complete the deep cleaning as quoted. They were not happy. They started cleaning upstairs first and I noticed they finished upstairs pretty quick. So they half cleaned the master bathroom and second bathroom upstairs and only vacuumed the stairs and that was half done. I went into the master bathroom to check and the toilet had not been cleaned. The smug that I left intentionally to make sure they cleaned was still there and the shower was only wiped down. The rugs still had cat hair on them and lent. I went into the other bathroom to make sure it was cleaned and it was only wiped down, same thing. I checked the window sill and it was still dusty. When I went downstairs one lady was mopping around my furniture, instead of moving the furniture. I asked her what did a deep clean entail and she couldn't tell me. I then asked her why she didn't clean the toilet upstairs and she said because I had a cover over the lid. At this point they had only been here an hour. I was very disappointed and told them I could not pay them what was discussed because they had not cleaned to standards. I gave them 100, which I think was way to much. I asked them to leave because this was a waste of my time. Not one time did either of the ladies apologize or anything. They left and I called the company and got no answer. I will not be using their services any longer and will not recommend them. You think you are getting a reliable service that you are paying for, but that is not what I received. I would like a full refund. Very disappointed.
