House Cleaning Services by Stanley Steemer in Florence, Kentucky

Excellent work. I'm expecting my first child in a month and the townhouse we just moved into had stains everywhere on the carpets, not only did Stanley steamers show up on time, they were courteous enough to clean the stairs and the other hallway entrance free of charge. The cleaners were very nice and their work was stellar. They cleaned all the major stains I stressed about in a timely manner and reasonable price. I strongly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Situation was weird but the costumer services after the fact was incredibly poor. Went to Stanley steamer to get several rooms cleaned and a couch cleaned because we were moving out of the rental property. The couch was dirty due to our dogs but was coming with us to our new home in Cincinnati after it was cleaned at our old place. Everything went well and the technicians were great, and we tipped them nicely because it was crazy hot that day. After the couch had dried, when we were about to move it to our new home we realized it was not clean at all. I understand that when couches dry sometimes things can be missed but it was still crazy dirty. We had to move the couch but called Stanley Steemer to see if there was anything we could do. Well being that we moved to Cincinnati we were told there was literally nothing could do about this because they were a franchise and not apart the the actual Stanley Steemer umbrella. The only suggestion they had was for us to bring the couch back the NKY and they would reclean it. Not a discount, credit, or refund. So we basically paid money for a dirty couch.

We had our carpets cleaned by Joe W from Stanley Steemer. We used SS several years ago and were happy with the service and the entire experience, and are super happy to report a second fantastic experience from Joe W at Stanley Steemer. SS booking process is easy and the customer service over the phone to get a quote is excellent. I got several different quotes from local places, and SS is one of the only ones that told me what the price would be without the caveat that the price can change once the tech arrives. While SS wasn't the cheapest although not significantly more, I want to know the price out the door and not have to worry about being charged extra for something we agreed on in the beginning. The communication leading up to our cleaning was excellent, and I received a call thirty minutes before arrival to let us know he was on the way. Joe W was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable when he arrived. He described what he would do, and then set about his work. So pleased with this experience! My husband wasn't thrilled about going with the higher price, but after Joe left he said it was totally worth it and was very pleased with the results. It's hard letting people come into your home for something you wish you could do yourself, but I would highly recommend Joe and Stanley Steemer to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. Our carpets look great! You can bet I'll be going with SS in the future!
