I dropped off a dress on Tues and was told it would be ready on Thurs at 4:00. They did not try to get ahold of me to let me know it wasnt ready until i showed up at this location at 5:00 on Thurs. when i was told it wasnt ready!!! The best they offered was the fri at 11:00 the day i needed the dress! When i called the alternate location she tried to lie her way around why it wasnt finished and as i am on my way to pick up my dress she states it was being worked on and would be finished by 8pm. The best part is this company believes more in getting 25 for a product they didnt do than customer service. I would never recommend either of these places to anyone!! |
