| David Spence | I am Bluegrass Chem-Dry come out to clean my carpets in my 3 bedrooms after 2 dogs that no longer live in the home. The carpets looks amazing first day they did a special treatment for the pet spots, after the carpets dried completely a day or 2 later purple spots popped u everywhere where they used the special treatment. They came out once with a product to get rid of them as soon as I was available they worked around my schedule first product didn't work. I called back once again they came out ASAP with a different product to try, again wasn't successful. So I called back and they were going to have to special order another product to try. So it came in a few days later and on New Year's Day they came out for a third time and as of now the carpets look brand new! But I will definitely be using this company each and every time because of their dedication to making it right and how on top of it they were! Thank you guys so much for making the carpets look and smell new! |
