| Salah Shakir | After a recommendation and google search COIT was my choice to clean the kitchen floor. The company sent supposedly an expert to provide a quote. It was higher than I expected but thought they will do a better job. After the actual staff came in to clean the floor I had another story and different cost. It was more than double the quote initially they gave. Started hearing how bad the floor and damaged and the person gave the quote is not an expert. I started hearing “he” and “they” as they are not the same company. This is happen more and more. You get a quote for a job and when they arrive they try to squeeze more money. Honestly the floor was not any better after the cleaning. They did a good job on the grout cleaning. After little traffic on the floor start showing prints. No polish or seal occurred. Be ware when you hire COIT ask for all the details and steps they will take to clean. Their quote was not clear what they will actually do and I believe on purpose. |
