House Cleaning Services by Tidy Tim Cleaning Company in Lexington, Kentucky

I am disappointed by the customer service at this place. We had a good experience previously, but our recent job was not up to standards at all. I left several messages to let the company know, because they usually send someone to re-do the job. Kara, the lady who answered my phone basically said that they did not reply to my messages because there was nothing that they could do about it. They usually check on customer satisfaction after each cleaning job, which they did not complete. They only sent me a survey after my card was charged. I was specific in my grievances in the survey, and I never received a call back from the company. They only relied on their cleaner to relay this information, they never once reached out to us. I asked to speak to their manager, and she stated that she was not allowed to give us his information, and he MAY give me a call. I would caution anyone who uses their service for monthly cleaning, because they clearly dropped the ball and refused to take any responsibility. If you do use them, please make sure that it is a requirement for them to call you and check on their work, before they charge your card for monthly cleanings.

Josh did a house clean for my mother who is currently recovering from cancer and hasn't been able to move around much. He went above and beyond for her! Would recommend him and this company to anyone, anywhere. He was so sweet and took the time to make sure she was satisfied with the results before ever trying to leave. Thank you Josh Walker for taking the time to do such a wonderful job for her! And thank you to Tidy Tim for having such respectful hardworking employees like him!
