When she arrived to my house, I showed her what needed to be done and she said all that the Groupon clean included was dusting, sweeping and mopping. Nowhere on Groupon or her website were any restrictions listed. And my house is not like some episode of hoarders. It looks like a normal house with 4 small kids in it. I could clean the entire downstairs myself in 2.5 hours and I have a chronic pain condition and am not a professional maid. She told me the best she could offer me is cleaning WITH ME for 2 hours. I'm sorry, but I didn't pay 85 for someone to help me clean for 2 hours. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, so at very least her and another person should be cleaning for 2 hours if she can't do it alone for whatever reason. I wish I could show you my house so you could see what she refused to clean. It was embarrassing and insulting and unprofessional. Never go to her. |
| Todd Dixon | Terrible. Purchased on groupon. Do not use her service. She's unreliable. How does she stay in business? Scheduled twice and got a text when she was supposed to be here saying she had to cancel. Rescheduled again for 1030am, its now 1150am and she is not here nor responding to texts or calls checking on ETA. When she called at 1025am. Asked about parking downtown and stated "I am not interested in paying for parking". Called and texted to get an ETA and no repsonse. |
| Jennifer Baker | I hired ANOTHER CLEAN HOUSE/OWNER TONNA GRIFFIN to clean my house. The employee that was sent to clean my house stole money and jewelry. The employee admitted to stealing and brought back some of the items but not all - my great grandmother's wedding ring was one item not returned. This business only carries liability insurance and is not bonded, so her insurance will not reimburse me for the 5,000+ worth of jewelry not returned. Her insurance doesn't cover theft and she refuses to reimburse me. Her website states insured and bonded and she told me on the phone she is insured and bonded. She is a liar and is not. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. She also owns CARING TRANSITIONS OF LOUISVILLE AND NOKY. |
