| Danielle Backes | I called and booked someone to come to my house to do a “deep clean” and was told it would be 125 and someone would be here for 3-4 hours. Well someone arrived to clean my house, but was not scheduled for a deep clean and only had 2 hours to do a regular clean. And even for a regular clean, she did not do a good job! She didn't dust the mantel, wipe down the counter tops, or clean the windows. Did not look professionally done at all, and will not be using their service again as I can do a better job myself. And she still wanted to charge me 125. Then when I texted the woman who I booked with and complained, she never replied. Awful service, would not recommend to anyone!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. |
| Leslie Hassler | Hope was so professional and her staff was extremely pleasant. I have a toddler and two dogs and nothing fazed them. They removed all the dog hair and for once the floor felt completely clean and free of anything furry. I have wooden floors and they shined for days and days after. Reasonably priced and great company to work with. You must try this company!!!! |
