| Jared Dickson | The only reason I gave this place one star is because there isn't an option for anything less. These people are racist!! Plain and simple. Several people have called to confirm the price for a simple diagnosis on machines and the price is 25. I was charged 75 and still no diagnosis was given. They continued to give me the run around and not tell me what was wrong with my machine or how much it would cost. After someone else called we were given a price of 275-300 for labor if we provided the parts that were needed. I called back to confirm this and was told "No, Im not touching your machine." I have been treated with nothing but disrespect by everyone in this place qll because of the color of my skin. I do not believe it is fair and I would never reccomend this place to anyone ever!!! |
