Both of the technicians Johnny and will were very nice and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They also asked me multiple times if there was any other areas of my rugs that I would like redone or needed special care. They also stated that if I needed anything else done that I could request them which I will definitely be doing in the future. Also needed to mention that the actual price was lower than what I was originally quoted so that was also a plus. Great service and I would definitely recommend. |
