My husband also had a jacket with an intricate design on the sleeves, which needed the sleeve length shortened..She said the only way she could shorten the sleeves without destroying the design was to add a double stitch..I was slightly nervous, but the finished product was so perfect it looked as though it was the jacket's original stitching!! Price is reasonable too. I'll be a lifelong customer. Also, the receptionist that works the front counter was very nice. |
