| Janice Heinlen | Would not recommend Molly Maid. We paid 360 for 4 hours to clean our house after moving out to sell our house, which they were aware of. After they cleaned I still found several cobwebs, dirt marks on walls, toilet not cleaned well, sink faucet in bathroom still had limescale on it. After I emailed to let them know what I wasn't happy about, I was told the owner would be told about it and they would get back to me. They never called or emailed, but did return and cleaned a few wall spots, the toilet, and faucet. But while we were painting, I still found several cobwebs. We ended up hiring another cleaning company to come in after painting and some construction to do last minute cleaning before the Open House. |
