House Cleaning Services by Dixon’s Home Services in Eagan, Minnesota

The House cleaning is run by an Operations Manager who is inflexible, lacks empathy and puts a different crew at your home every cleaning. I have had numerous conversations about assigning teams I had good luck with, on any day, at any time that works for them. The answer was always, "we can't promise anything, our process is our process and if you don't like you are free to get another service"! Really?? Well guess what, I did find another firm that actually wanted my business. They quickly promised me the same team every time and set up time to visit my home and provide a real estimate and understand the things that are important to me. Dixon's did not care. Home Service provides great Customer Disservice! Beware...

Level of quality has gone down dramatically recently, sad to cancel service after 3 years with them. They didn't vacuum 2 out the last three “cleanings.” They've also broke home decor before too. Would not recommend.

I've used Dixon for years for window cleaning. They communicate clearly and well email, are prompt and efficient, and do a thorough job. This year, we added gutter cleaning and Dan & Jake were here to do both windows and gutters this week. They were on time, polite, thorough and worked quickly to get the job done well. We will continue to use Dixon each year.
