| Kelly Charles | Well I was told the ice will stop and melt into the eaves. So far it hasn't. The ice/water flows right over the top onto my sidewalk and driveway. I've called customer service the promise to come Monday to evaluate and determine a correction path. But based on some of this feedback I am doubting they will show up. We'll see I guess. I'll update more once I see them in person for now it's 1 Star. |
| Jeremy Small | Great for leaves and needles. However they ice up and drip like if you dont have gutters at all. Makes it dangerous on our doorways as ice builds up. Contacted the manufacturer but so far no response. I have heat tape in the gutters so I tried turning those on but it does not heat enough to clear the filters. For the premium I paid for these I expect much better performance. The sales person claimed they wouldn't freeze up like this. |
