I am an out of area property owner who owns a rental property in Mankato Minnesota. The gutters on the property were completely shot, and Adam with Schmidt seamless gutters was a dream. He went to the property and gave me a timely estimate. The price was completely fair. He was very clear with his current workload and how long he would need to complete the job, he said about 2-4 weeks and then 1-2 days once the work started. Adam actually finished the project in 2 weeks, so he under promised over delivered, which I appreciate it. In addition, I had tenants at the property, Adam was very sensative to the tenants needs and I did not recieve any complaints which is rare when doing construction work. After the job was completed Adam sent me pictures. I highly recommend Adam and his service

Adam called me back within a day and got me scheduled for a cleaning, the guys came out within a week including the holiday weekend of July 4th and they cleaned absolutely everything. My gutters needed serious help from neglect due to the house being empty for two years, we're talking a healthy ecosystem of trees and weeds that somehow started to grow. No mess left behind, and my wife, who was in the house when they were cleaning, didn't even realize that they had stopped by. 100 going to use them in the future and have also referred them to a few folks as well.
