Meghan Davy | I so wish I had read more of the reviews of this unbelievably unprofessional company before hiring. We had a team come to do the works- gutters, windows inside and out, and deck glass. In the service reminder email that customers receive it clearly states that the team will call when they are on their way and will do a walk around the property when the work is complete to make sure you are satisfied. I received neither, the team just packed up and left. I called the office when I noticed windows on my deck, landing and dining room were dirtier than they had been previously. I was told that because my windows are new, a scraper was required to finish the full cleaning and it would need to be categorized as new construction and would cost twice as much. This was something I was not advised of beforehand when making my appointment, otherwise I would have been clear at that time that they were new windows and would need additional treatment. The icing on the cake was when the scheduler informed me in a voicemail that they team knocked on the door to do my consultation and when I didn't answer, instead of calling my phone they packed up and left, saying that I made some comment about taking care of my baby and not wanting to be disturbed. I never said that, so essentially they screwed up, didn't follow their own company protocol and then tried to blame it on my 8 month old. They offered to set up an appointment for someone to come back, but I was no longer comfortable having them in my home so I said no. So now at 25 weeks pregnant I will be cleaning the remainder of my own windows and doing my own scraping with my wallet 760 lighter I guess. Their response when I said I'd never use them again? “Well it probably won't be like this every time.” Um yeah. I'll just hire a competitor for the future and have that guaranteed, thanks. |
Scott Pivec | Thanks for the great job you did on our windows today. Very professional guys. In and out quickly without any disruption to our business. Can't wait for the sun to shine to see these windows sparkle. |
