Darryl was awesome, came in and gave me open and honest directions on how I should Address an issue in my home. Being a new homeowner you often don't know how to address issues and a lot of people take advantage of that. I would highly recommend working with them.

I think I have written about 4 reviews in my lifetime but after a great experience with this company I wanted to make sure to let everyone else know how good they were! John Jeffries was the project manager assigned to my water damage and I truly felt like John was just a neighbor helping me out. They, of course, did a great job on the water restoration but it was the fact that John and his team continuously went above and beyond that made me so impressed! Highly recommend.

In my industry, i have worked with many restoration companies, none have had the integrity and ease of project completion as Rainbow. they work closely with the insurance company to ensure there are no repairs completed that are not covered, unlike other restoration companies. I would give them more stars if i could!
