Mike and his crew have been cleaning my house for years. They always do an exceptional job and are always so kind. I refer them to everyone I know and everyone who I have referred loves them. If you're looking for someone to tidy up your home give them a call!

This company has damaged my Terrazzo floors and not taking any accountability. We have made multiple attempts to reach Mike the owner and he responds saying his insurance adjuster will be calling us. It's been 3.5 weeks and we've not heard anything from an adjuster. Disappointing!

Started off great, then service went down hill. Cleaners didn't have the supplies they needed to do the job broken vacuum and often ran out of cleaning supplies. Owner never returned phone calls, then said he "didn't receive" the email I sent when I complained of missing items immediately after cleaning team had left was actually the third time I suspected ladies were stealing from us, which is why we got the nanny cam. He said he would reimburse us but never did. I complained to Better Business Bureau, and he also said he would "work it out" with the client, but again, he never did. Prior to the final straw, he left me a message on morning to say the team was "running late". When 4 hours had passed and we were getting ready to have out of state family over for my daughter's graduation celebrations, I started cleaning myself. I should have fired the company after that, but I let it go. This company is the height of unprofessionalism-his cleaning staff always complained about him in my presence. He sent them to our house in broken down autos a car that doesn't go into reverse-one day the ladies had to push the car out of our driveway because they couldn't back up. If you're looking for a professionally run business-keep looking!
