| Sandi Weishaupt | BEWARE! This business needs at least two weeks to get your clothes finished. I have been an active customer of Crystal Cleaners since 2007. In my last four visits, two issues have arisen to where I have walked out with wet or unfinished clothes. The new owner and manager policy is not working for me. It gets even better when they do not want to give your uncleaned clothes back to you. The first time they had an excuse that my pants were mistagged on Friday. After 20 minutes of actively waiting and paying and then 5 minutes arguing with the manager Rosie to get them back, I checked the tag on the pants as they didn't think to remove it. It said WEDNESDAY pick up. I was blatantly lied to. I later called and said I should not have been charged and she agreed and would give me a credit. Conveniently she has not been at the counter to give such credit. Today Friday was the final straw when I walked out with another pair of wet pants that I had dropped off Monday by the way I showed up at 16:30. I paid for one pair that was completed and they wanted me out of there so quickly they wouldn't even wrap them. Of course, I will not be using them ever again nor recommending them until there is a changing of the guard. |
