| Angela Gazzara | There is something seriously wrong with this man Michael. I had an appointment to meet with his scheduler, Yolanda. She was unable to answer some of my simple questions when she called, so she deferred me to Mike. When he called he was completely frazzled, could not make a simple sentence but told me he was unable to do my job, the FOLLOWING DAY! I kept asking for his reason and he got so flustered he hung up on me. I tried calling Yolanda back and she refused to answer. These are the exact type of people who MISunderstand, assume and MIS communicate then blame everyone else. I can't imagine their ability to follow directions to clean a house when they can't even get thru a simple phone inquiry. Michael was RUDE, so immature and totally unprofessional. It also took him days to get back to me because they never answer their phone. I don't know who all these positive reviews are from but out of the dozens of cleaning companies I called in Albuquerque, these people were by FAR THE WORST!!! |
