Stopped in to get a quote on getting my Jeep seats recovered. The quote was 75 more than what I could have replaced with new ones. I have Beard off roading 5 point seats in my CJ7. I was in shock at their prices. Would not recommend for upholstery work. I cannot say anything negative about their carpet prices.
"Larry's" calls me repeatedly with very obnoxious high pressure sales pitches. This has been going on for years. Each time I ask to be removed from their sales list, no luck. Now the story of their current sales rep, Ms. Barbara Griego is that New Mexico businesses are exempt from the Department of Commerce Do Not Call List. Everytime they hit me up, I am more determined that they will never clean my carpets which are 48 away from them. You would think they would take me off their list.
I was to get my carpets shampooed at 10:00 am. I waited for them until 10:40 am, so I called them, thought they were lost. Barbara advised me that they were up on the hill in Truchas and were not going to make it. She wanted me to reschedule, I declined knowing that I could not trust them, If they can't make a courtesy call saying they could not make the time, who knows the price may have gone up, carpets may have not been cleaned properly! Now, I will go rent a shampooer from Wal-Mart a box-store, instead of giving business to locals. And then we wonder, Why Wal-mart! Courtesy Call would have saved a customer locally!
