| Summer Clements | I took my wedding dress to get re pleated, the called me to let me know my dress was ready I go in and am looking at my dress, none of the pleats were fixed and as I'm moving it around, more and more pleats are falling out even the staff there noticed, the staff tells me I can send it back, so I do, at this point I've already paid 35 dollars, I go in 3 days later when it's ready and STILL the pleats have fallen our more than when I took it in. I asked the lady if I still had to pay and she said no I already did, I asked about a refund, all I was told was they couldn't fix it, my dress looks worse than when I took it in. They charged me 35 and did absolutely nothing for my dress. My wedding is in 1 week. |
