Howard Lieber | I only had a 6' X 12' front porch to clean and seal. They said they view my property via satellite which was great. There is a 299 minimum charge so they included two plastic chairs on my porch plus the public sidewalk. I'm sure the satellite view included my back walkway from my deck to the rear entrance to the garage. He called it a step up to the garage. Well they did neither and said they would come back to do the garage step up but they would charge me for the rear walkway. So, instead of seeing my rear walkway they had the bright idea to do the public sidewalk. I don't think this was money well spent. If you can view my house via satellite why can't you see all my walkways. They didn't need to do the driveway or front walkway since they were new poured 2 weeks ago. They are defending the problem with me not saying the rear walkway. Why would I do the public walkway and omit my rear walkway. |
