Kyle O'Donnell | They did a whole house deep clean, before I sold my house. Very detailed and thorough work! Bathrooms look fantastic, along with the kitchen and rest of the house. Mirrors are clean. Soap residue on shower glass is gone. Very friendly and professional. Courtesy reminder call the day before. Would definitely use again and recommend to a friend. |
Kathie Dixon | Very thorough. There were appliances cleaned in the kitchen that I never would have expected. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! And it was all done at a very reasonable rate.Thank You!! |
Jennifer Spaccarelli | The Maids stole cash and jewelry from our home! I had communicated that I would like to have consistency in the young ladies who clean my home, showed them the particular areas that needed to be cleaned on a weekly basis, and trusted them to come to my house when I was at work. Huge mistake. One woman stole 142 dollars from my 13 year old daughter. Terry, the manager, told me that the employee admitted to it and was fired. He didn't offer to reimburse me the cash instead offered me a "free" clean. Before I could decide what to do, a week had gone by and unbeknownst to me the cleaning service arrived and started to clean. When we found out they were in the house, we told them to leave via phone. Right before they left, one of the women went into my bathroom drawer and stole my David Yurman blue topaz earrings. Currently, the Indian Hill Rangers are investigating the case and know "which young woman it is" however there has been no restitution towards me with the cash or earrings. Terry is joke and can't manage his franchise. |
