House Cleaning Services by Widmer’s Cleaners Clifton in Cincinnati, Ohio

I have had the worst experience with Widmer's in Clifton. I repeatedly asked for fluff and fold which is reasonably priced, but routinely my clothes came back dry cleaned, meaning everything from polyester pyjamas to t-shirts. This meant that I was charged several hundred dollars instead of under 100. The manager in Clifton made no effort to rectify the situation, only said that she had given the instruction to fluff and fold, so it was not her fault and so she could do nothing to help. She was rude and belligerent. I will never use Widmer again. I would warn all to stay away if they do not wish to be defrauded and blackmailed since unless you pay, even though the "mistake" was theirs, you will not get your clothes. To on top of this be treated with such insult by the staff member when she should have done everything to rectify the situation after apologizing was the icing on the cake.

Todd and Ann Marie are some of the best/professional people i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Highly recommend this place. Thanks for all the help guys!

Excellent customer service at drop off and pick up. Very polite and speedy service. Price was reasonable too, just 10 for one item of clothing dry cleaned.
