Now I understand why the dress wasnt facing outwards! There are also weird creases in the wool on the front of this dress. Terrible customer service on top of this. I'm surprised to see their ratings low, but I know it's because of people only calling out the negatives and not giving them praise. I highly recommend this place! They put tags on your clothes that are easily removable and don't mark them up. Everything is pressed and cleaned perfectly.... and I get a lot of stains on my white coat. |
