I took it to John's on Friday afternoon and dropped it off knowing it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Monday afternoon he called and left message what was wrong and the estimate. I called on Tusday and told him to go ahead with repair and that evening it was ready to go. When I picked it up it looked like a new vacuum. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work. When we are in need of repairs or a new vacuum his store will be my first stop. |
