The jacket had a fairly large stain on the inside from some salad dressing, which I assumed would be taken care of as part of the dry cleaning service. It was not. I just used Dryel at home on the same suit, and used the little "stain remover pen" that came with it, and it completely removed the stain. It's safe to assume that Royal Cleaners has a plethora of similar products they could've used, however instead they just dry cleaned the suit, without even attempting to remove the stain. Two stars because at least the suit was pressed. |
