I came into the store on Thursday at 2:30 PM to get a shirt, pants, and a graduation robe pressed for my Saturday commencement and they informed me they do not do any pressing on Friday or Saturday. I nicely told them it was Thursday so could they press them today to have it ready tomorrow which would have been Friday. They told me "No" and I left shaking my head. Now think about this, they ONLY press clothes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, period. Really? If this is the best they can do then it's time to close up shop or find new management. I realize business is down for dry cleaners in general, but to make your business so inconvenient is certainly not going to help. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I picked a coat up for my mother that had been heavily soiled and they did do a great job although it was a day later than they promised which in that case didn't matter. If you have to use this business, be warned to only come on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday if you want your clothes pressed by the weekend... |
