| Jeff Stuttler | I dislike giving bad reviews, especially of local businesses, but in this situation I must warn you, DO NOT HIRE! My wife and I own a B&B and event center outside of Mount Gilead. I hired James and his crew to seal a standing seam barn roof in order to keep it from leaking. They agreed to the job and we signed a contract. The contract stated the work and materials were guaranteed for 2 years and any future leaks would be patched. 2 weeks after paying in full, a thunderstorm revealed several leaks. I called James and he reluctantly got back to me with a time he would come out and fix them. He never showed up. I tried to contact him again and he eventually cut off communication. Over the last serval years, I have worked with many contractors, good and bad. This crew ended up being a terrible choice. They cannot be trusted to do the job right the first time or uphold their word. |
