Ryan was wonderful. Courteous, respectful, and very informative about the carpet cleaning services. He even kept me updated with his arrival time throughout the day. I cannot recommend him enough. My carpet looks brand new. Stains that I couldn't remove with my own scrubbing and cleaner disappeared before he even sucked them out. Well priced, and so glad we went with a small business over a company like Stanley Steamer. Will definitely be using his services regularly!

I can't say enough great things about MW Carpet Cleaning! I called yesterday morning flustered, in a pinch, and without ever using MW with being new to the Wayne County area and needing someone the NEXT day! I thought it was impossible! Without any hesitation Ryan said “no problem I have a personal appointment in the morning and I will swing by right after if that works for you!” I couldn't believe it! He sent me updates on time wise and when he would be arriving before my appointment! He was so consistent and really paid attention to every detail, getting out all of the stains on our carpets! He did such an incredible job, and is all around a great guy! We will be contacting him to power wash our house in a couple months!
